The Following Form Of Terms And Conditions Is On The Basis Of The Contractual Relationship Between DiverseChina And Its Consumers. This Website Offers To You, All Type Of Consumers, Including But Not Limited To Private Consumers, Travel Agencies, Any Company, Cooperates, Cooperation Etc. Have Read These Terms And Conditions, And That You Have Accepted Them. Any Receipt Of Deposit And/Or Final Payment Of Consumers Of DiverseChina Will Indicate That You Share The Agreement To These Terms And Conditions.

I.Trip Cost

All DiverseChina Trips Are Fully Serviced? Normally The Trip Cost Includes Domestic Flights, Hotels, Meals, City Transportation, Sightseeing, Tour Guide Service, Travel Agent Arrangement Service Charge. All The Tour Costs Are In U.S. Dollars. These Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice. 

Anyway, Dues To The Demands Of Variety From Different Clients, Please Check The WTHAT'S INCLUDED Of Each Trip. And The WHAT'S INCLUDED Is The First Referred Term Prior To The Normal As Followed:

 

Cost Includes

 

 All Land Transportation. With Air-Conditioned Vehicles With And Experienced Driver.

 

 Air Transportation. All Domestic Air Transport With Economy Cclass, With Airport Tax And Fuel Tax.

 

 Accommodation. Based On 2 Persons Sharing One Standard Twin Bed Room. If One Client Requests A Single Twin Room, The Single Room Supplement Will Be Charged.

 

 All The Meals As Mentioned In The Itinerary. "B" For American Breakfast. It Will Be Chinese Breakfast Instead When Hotels Have No American Breakfast. "L" For Chinese Lunch And "D" For Dinner Are Offered At The Restaurants Outside Hotels.

 

 All Guide Service. Tour Leader Service As Required. The Guides Would Be Different On Each Destination.

 

 Insurance. Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance With The Tour Inside China. It Is Not The Accidental Travel Insurance, We Highly Recommend You Purchase A Comprehensive Travel Insurance Plan In Your Country To Protect You And Your Travel Investment.

 

 If Trip Includes Yangtze Cruise, The Price Quoted Includes Standard Cabin Accommodations (Based On 2 Persons Sharing One Standard Twin Cabin), All The Meals On The Boat, As Well As The Land-Excursion. All The Land Excursions Are In Groups Escorted By Ship Guide; No Private Tours. The Private Guide Will Not Accompany You On The Cruise.

 

 If Trip Covers Tibet, The Tibet Travel Permit Application Fee Will Be Included.

 

 The Price Also Includes Chinese Government Taxes And The City Construction Fees.

 Meals & Service & Meals Not Mentioned In The Itinerary.

 Gratuities Or Tipping To Trip Leaders Or Guides, Drivers, Cook Or Other Logistic Crew.

 Any Personal Expenses Such As Excess Luggage Fees, Laundry, Postage, Communications And Beverages.

 Excursions Other Than Those Specified In Trips.

II.Payment

DiverseChina Exchange Rate: Us$ 1.0 = RMB 6.30 And Subjected To Change According To The Currency Exchange Floating.

Deposit 

30% Of Total Cost As The Deposit Is Required At The Time Of Confirmation Of The Reservation.

Balance

Balance, Normally 70% Of The Total Trip Payment Is Due 15 Days Before Your Departure Date Of Your China Trip. If Your Payment Is Not Received By The Due Date, The Reservation Will Be Subject To Cancellation Without Notice. If A Booking Is Made Within 15 Days Of The Departure Date, Full Payments Are Due Once You Confirm The Tour.

Rush Fee

Reservations Made Less Than Two Weeks Prior To Departure Will Incur A Rush Fee Of USD50. 

Change Fare

Any Changes Caused By Consumers After Reservation Are Confirmed Will Incur A Change Fare Of USD 50+ Whatever The Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Line Penalties Cause.

Payment Methods

Once DiverseChina And Consumers Reach The Agreement Of Payment, DiverseChina Will Send An Invoice On Internet To Consumers. The Payment Methods Are As Followed:

Cash Payment, Travelers' Check And Company Check Is Applicable Upon Special Request, Like For Those Who Live In China, But Personal Checks Cannot Be Accepted. 

We Will Send You The Detailed Payment Methods When Consumers Book Any Of Our Trips.

DiverseChina Converts Chinese RMB To US Dollars At A Rate Of RMB 6.30= US$1 For Our Quotations But Must Charge Your Credit Card In Chinese Currency (RMB). Banks And Credit Card Companies May Use Rate That Are Less Favorable To You Than Our Rate.

III.Cancellation Policy

Any Cancellation With Valid Reasons, DiverseChina Will Refund Any Payment Which Made To Us Within 15 Days Of Our Receipt Of Consumer's Cancellation Request. In Order To Protect The Rights Of Our Consumers, Only Written Cancellation Of Fax, Mails Or Emails Are Accepted. Phone Calls, Verbal Cancellations Are Not Accepted.

No-Show Travelers 100% Of The Full Payment

Less Than 30 Days Prior To Departure Of Yangtze Cruise 100% Of The Full Payment

Once The Trip Starts To Commenced, We Are Unable To Refund Any Amount For Unused Services Due To Your Early Departure, Late Arrival, Or Missed Days On Tours.

In Order To Reduce The Cost Of Consumers, DiverseChina Can Postpone The Consuming Of The Trip Service Fee Without Any Cancellation Penalty If Clients Keep The Corresponding Travel Professional Informed As Early As 15 Days.

IV. Alteration Of Itinerary 

Any Alteration Or Modification Of Any Trip Before DiverseChina Send Out The Confirmation To Consumers Over 30 Days Prior To Departure Date Are Processed Free Of Charge. 

Any Alteration Or Modification After The Pay Date Of Deposit Will Attract A Fee Of USD 25 Per Person Per Request, In Addition To Any All Other Fees Or Charges Imposed By Third Parties Such As Airlines, Hotels, Cruises. 

In The Mean Time, DiverseChina Reserves The Right To Modify Or Revise The Trip Itinerary On Condition Of Events Beyond Our Control Like Schedule Of Flights, Boats Or Ships, Trains Are Adjusted By Corresponding Third Parties, Or Any Events Beyond Our Control. If The Confirmed Tour Has To Be Changed Only Due To The Guest's Own Wishes During The Tour, The Guest Is Required To Pay For The Corresponding Additional Cost. 

V. Travel Documentation

Each Consumer Must Be In Possession Of A Valid Passport And Necessary Visas Or Permits At The Commencement Of Travel. All Such Documentation Is The Sole Responsibility Of The Consumer. Your Travel Advisor May Assist You In Applying For The Necessary Travel Documentation Upon Request. DiverseChina Accepts No Responsibility Or Liability Whatsoever For The Failure Of Clients To Obtain Appropriate Documentation.

VI.Health Requirements

Consumers Should Take Into Account All International Travel Risks And Familiarize Themselves With Health Requirements Applicable To The Areas They Intend To Visit. The Consumer Is Solely Responsible For Checking The Safety And Security Conditions, Vaccination, And Other Health Requirements Of Governments In Countries Visited Or Transited. Travelers To Tibet Are Required To Provide A Doctor's Certificate Stating That The He/She Is Fit To Travel And His/Her Blood Pressure And Heart Condition Are Normal. This Is A Necessary Requirement Because Of The Possible Effects That The Very High Altitude May Have On Certain People.
